This Gong Sound Bath will be a time of deep relaxation, allowing the waves of sound to carry you away on a journey. Come prepared to lie down and fully relax into the vibration for the duration of the session. The gentle sound of windchimes will start your journey while the Gongs slowly come in creating a wave of sound. Like the ocean, the sound flows out in waves, returns, builds, sound that creates light and life carrying you deeper and deeper on your journey.
Gongs being used for this event are: Paiste: Jupiter, Venus, Neptune, Chiron and Nibiru Gongs, and the Meinl: Maha Tantric Mirror Gong/ Eight Corners of Heaven Chiron attuned.
The Gong Sound Baths are deeply relaxing and whilst we do not claim to heal, the experiences we are having with the Gongs are inspiring. The sound of the Gong works as the Guru, transforming darkness to light sweeping away the stresses and leaving you deeply relaxed.
Hosted by Cathy, Ghinni and Praveen.
