Beginning with a short Kundalini yoga practice followed by a Gong Bath and easing into gentle music.
Finally, uplifting Kirtan chanting and singing to complete the session.
Kundalini Yoga is the blend of Bhakti Yoga (devotion and chanting), Raja Yoga (meditation), and Shakti Yoga (expression of power and energy).
The term Kundalini means a “spiritual life force located at the base of the spine”. The practice arouses this life force as it travels up the spine through the 7 chakras, waking up energy and clearing stagnancy.
A Gong Bath is a form of sound therapy where the gong is played in a therapeutic way to bring about healing. As you bathe in sound waves, in one of the most soothing, detoxing, rejuvenating ancient tools.
Kirtan is a call and response practice from the Bhakti yoga tradition (devotion). Singing is the heart of Kirtan. An effortless and joyful way to meditate.
